Each week includes dinner, a video talk and discussion. It's always free, it's open to everyone, and there's no obligation to come to any conclusions.

Eat Together
Every Alpha session starts with food — usually provided free by the team running the course. Whether it's biscuits or a full meal, it's a chance to settle in, meet people, and relax before the evening begins.
The meal isn't just practical — it's intentional. Food creates connection, and connection is what Alpha is all about.

A short Alpha Film Series video (around 30 minutes) explores one of life's big questions — engaging, honest, and designed to spark conversation rather than end it. Each week covers a different topic.
The talks are filmed all around the world and feature compelling stories alongside accessible theology from Nicky Gumbel. No prior knowledge required.

The most important part of any Alpha — a small group conversation about the week's topic. You can share your thoughts, ask any question, push back, or just listen. No wrong answers. No pressure to reach a conclusion.

When I first walked into Alpha, I was not only searching for answers about God, but also hoping to find a community where I truly belonged. At the beginning, I honestly thought God had made a mistake placing us in the group we were assigned to, because I couldn’t see how I would connect with anyone there. But over time, I realized how wrong I was. God had intentionally placed us among incredible people with whom we shared questions, experiences, laughter, and growth.
